Mindfulness, intentional movement and functional anatomy are at the heart of our teaching. We offer practices to help you feel more awake in your life, at ease in your body, and resilient throughout your day.

Our platform is not just a place for you to watch and follow, but for student and teacher to interact in real time. We don’t demo our entire live classes so that we can be present to our students and give specific suggestions and feedback. 

No matter where you happen to be in the world, we look forward to helping you cultivate a mindful home practice, and providing space for you to move, breathe and connect with yourself.
